The SL300TH Sofware

There is a small bug in the SL300TH software.When in Setup, User Information (up to 30 characters). The space provided will accommodate more than 30 characters, which is where the problem lies. If the 30-character limit is exceeded, Windows will prompt an Error Message and will shut down the program. This will not harm anything, but will close the SL300TH program. This will probably generate some calls. Solution for now is to have the customer just limit the number of characters in the User Information field, and will be corrected for the next release.

SUPCO Data Logger Software

SUPCO receives calls on a daily basis about our data loggers software compatibility with the new Windows XP operating software.
• The SL200C software is Windows XP compatible, when used with Version 1.34 which is available for upgrade on www.supco.com or by contacting Supco technical support.
• The DL series software is Windows XP compatible, when used with DLS version 4.06, which is available on www.supco.com or by contacting Supco technical support.
• The new LOGIT software will be Windows XP compatible out of the box.
